I just bought a 1979 Dasher Wagon with the fuel-injection type of gas engine. This car has been parked for a few years, and now it won't start. Is there anything in particular I should do?

Does it crank over? If it does, start by checking for fuel and fire. Is there spark at the plugs? Are the fuel pumps running? If you crack one of the fuel injector lines at the fuel distributor and try to start the engine does fuel start to bubble out?
