My car failed alignment and I am told I need to replace the lower control arms (the ones on the rear axle). The Bentley book is silent on the subject; there's a drawing but no howto text. (There is a section on the rear upper arm).
This looks pretty simple but I'm concerned about not screwing up the camber (which is in spec) and not making the toe worse (which isn't).
Is there any guidance on this anywhere? How do these eccentric nuts & bolts actually work?
