drivers door electrical problems

i have a 2004 jetta 2.0 gl sedan, drivers door electrical problems, nothing works from drivers door. the power window master switch not working,replaced with new one,does work with key from outside,all other doors work fine from there window switch. drivers door lock only works drivers door, replaced door lock assembly with new one, still only works driver door, all other doors work fine, keyless enrty works all doors except drivers door, security light on driver door not blinking. door light on driver door works, but not dome light when driver door is open, but it comes on sometimes while driving. power mirrors not working also. i replaced the comfort control module with a used one but still works the same. i have checked all fuses none blown, i have driver side carpet pulled back,checked for broken wires none found.. i bought this car for my 16 year old daughter as a project for us to fix up together for her first car. thanks for any help

You may want to look at the wiring that runs between the door itself and the interior. Usually the opening and closing of the door causes wiring fatigue and breakage. You will have to pull back the black rubber tube to have a peek.

i also replaced the drivers door wiring harness today, and the same, still not working. could it be a programing problem?
