2000 Eurovan AES emissions question

for a couple years (since my last emissions test) I lived with/ignored a P0411 - secondary air injection system : incorrect flow detected and a P0400 EGR; as it wasn't affecting cold idle or driveability in any way. Yesterday I replaced the PS pump; so while i had the pan off I decided to check/replace the hoses from the Air Pump; about a 1/4cup of brown water came out of each breather hose, but other wise they are in good shape. I noticed that there was dirty motor oil at the tip of the vacume hose that goes to the manifold.I replaced all the vacume hoses from the AIR Solenoid Valve-N112 and then drove it around the rest of the day.

Today I got around to tackling the P0411 issue in earnest and it's not there! I still have P0400 EGR System: malfunction. I saved the log and cleared the DTC's and will drive it around for a couple of days to see what returns.

Could you review the logs I've attached and give me your opinion on what may be going on with the emissions system? I need to buy a vacume pump but I thought I would start with cleaning the EGR Valve.
