How do you lube the manual window crank unit attached to the handle?

I have the most noisy howing sound coming from my manual window winder crank unit !!!! I have isolated the noise to the unit that is directly attached to the plastic window winder handle that you turn....how the heck do you lube inside that plastic and metal housing???

I think I know that know that sound!
So annoying.
Especially when you crank the window up fast.

Sorry, no solution.
The noise I had went away shortly after I had the car oiled.
