Getting desperate here as it's almost time to hit the road and our dealer doesn't know the V10. This code appeared during one of my periodic VCDS scans. The motor does seem to crank a fraction of a second longer now but still runs fine.

Why doesn't this code appear in my Bentley? Can't find the accompanying Pcode (P3007) either. Seems ironic that my old (95) Audi Bentley has more troubleshooting info and repair pages than the Touareg manual.

So far I've replaced the main battery and wiggled the connectors I can reach. Unfortunately the sensor is out of reach on the back of the engine and changing probably requires engine removal.

Any help appreciated!
