I cannot find which wiring diagram applies to my 1969 Type 1 Beetle.

Can someone give me the page number or title discription for my car in the Bentley Official Service Manual?

My copy of the '66-'69 Official Service Manual (by Bentley) has it as the third wiring diagram, of four, in the beginning of the Electrtical System section. It is labeled "VW 1500 Sedan and Convertible (US version) from August 1967 to July 1969". This diagram would cover 1968 and 1969 model year Beetles (Sedan) and Convertibles.
