i have replaced the head gasket and the surge tank cap and thermostat ive cleaned radiator out and line but dont get it it hits about 195-200 F so i dont think its over heating now it just spiting out the surge tank for the radiator it just dont make sence this is my wifes car can any one plzzzzzz help im tired of sleeping in the dog house lol. i have no water in oil so that is good i dont get it plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know you are frustrated... but there's no need to keep creating new threads for the same problem.

Not a lot of people read the B4 forum on a daily basis, so you might have to wait a day or two until others read the forum.

What's a surge tank? Same as Expansion Tank or Coolant Reservoir?

Disconnect the radiator fan plug at the side of the radiator... bridge the connections to get low or high speed fan operation. Let car idle, does it still climb to 210 and overflow?

ok it is staying about 200F is that ok

190 is where you want to see it at.

Running the fan was just a test to see if it would still flow over/out the reservoir tank.

If there were an underlying pressure problem, it would continue to over pressurize even when the fan is running (IMHO).... since it does not, I would re-check / verify thermostat operation, rad fan switch operation, radiator flow / blockage (check radiator for cold spots).

i checked radiator for cold spots and found no cold spot it still run about 200-205F
