Re: Defective L-jetronic ignition unit (Bosch #0 227 100 008) repair.

I have determined that the internal TO-3 power resistor (three prong) is defective and I am looking for the transistor parameters in order to identify a replacement transistor. The only markings on the transistor are Bosch icon, 0011 0/3. Bosch had not info.
Application is Porsche 1980, 928 L-Jetronic with Lambda sensor.

Have you tried 928 International in Anaheim, Ca? Don't know anyone who knows more...on the web and telephone.
Dealt with them for years when I still had 928's....ALWAYS satisfied with their expertise.
