Had the timing belt done on Monday - car ran great and still does. On an errand tonight, the CEL comes on. Pulled 16805 and 16825 (also 18265 but I'm not sure that is related). I pulled the codes and after reading some of the posts on various forums, I'm not quite sure what I've got. I have Bentley for my daughter's A4, but not yet for my A6 (2003 Avant 3.0 with 94,800). Have seen various posts about possible flashes for the ECU. Drove about 50 miles since timing belt and did not put any gas in before CEL came on. Seems kind of odd so soon after t-belt. Any help would be appreciated.

16805 - catalyst system
16825 - evap system
18265 - load signal error message from engine ctrl.
-Possible accidental damage to evap system during timing belt service or just coincidence that some of evap component went south, check all vacuum hoses for evap system and go from there, if possible cancel all codes and see what's come back.

Thank you Bresha. The CEL stayed off this morning when I started the car. But I'm now having some squirrely electrical stuff (auto-dim failure on the driver display started tonight). I will clear the codes and see what comes back. The 18265 code has freeze frame information with it. The entire code is

18265 - Load Signal: Error Message from ECU
P1857 - 003 - Mechanical Failure - Intermittent
RPM: 1216 /min
RPM: 1184 /min
RPM: 0 /min
(no units): 0.0
Torque: 40.0 Nm
Temperature: 16.0deg C
T.B. Angle: 0.0deg
(no units): 1.0
