Look for a 2 liter VW repair manual or a Porsche 914 2 liter manual whick will work just fine when it comes to overhauling your 912 E.

Porsche service had a factory workshop manual in print (ring-binder) for the 912E which covered engine, transmission, chassis, body, heating-ventilation-AC and electrics.
