Changing Window Buttons

Hi,
I have VW Touareg 3.2 L 2005, the black Color of the window controling Buttons in the driver door have been scrapped off, would like to know how to change these buttons

Can not be done, whole switch assembly available only, along with that paint is peeling from AC control head, radio etc, etc. Just a common problem with VW's.
