Hi I would like to know what could be going wrong on my VW Passat 1995 TDI, the dash lights have been out every time the car lights are turned on now the gas gauge stopped working, shows that brights are on when they are not on, tachometer stops working when the lights are turned on.

Could this be a relay problem?

If anyone could help me out with this one it would be great.
