can anyone explain how the fuel door assy can be removed for painting purposes.

eBahn software shows 3 screws for the fuel door asembly... remove
3 screws, lift door assembly out & detach cable via 2 screws.

OK I have removed the 3 screws and find that the fuel door is very resistant to want to come out and at around $300 and some dollars to replace, I am at a standstill. I realize that it has buytle between it and the body panel however that is not what is holding it. Any suggestions. Thank You!!

Never had one out... just going by what the Bentley CD
has to offer (see attached image).

Does this even look like your setup?

Remove screws, remove clip for actuator cable, push in cable assembly, remove gas cap, pry out at the actuator cable side and whole assembly should come out. Refer to previously added attached image.

Daily about 78 to 87 deg/F, night about 59 deg/F not bad, not sweating, and Redwood City is: climate best as per government test, at least they did not make any mistake about the climate, they telling the truth.
Texas is terrible i heard, to hot.
