The drawing of the engine compartment junction block on page 12-5 is printed 180 degrees from actual orientation as installed in the car, see drawing on page 12-4 for proper orientation. This may be confusing to some people.
P.S. I enjoy and am very much impressed with your excellent manual, it is much better than any other Prius manual I have seen. I had a full set of Toyota manuals when I had my 04 Prius (now have 07) and yours is much better written. Toyota needs to hire writers with better command of the English language and sentence structure, and that goes for both the owner's manual and the technical manuals. Actually, especially the owner's manual. It is very poorly organized. Perhaps you folks could contract to re-write their owner's manuals for them!
The fuse block is orientated this way on page 12-5 due to the placement of text on it. Toyota placed the text identifying components to be read from the driverís area not the front bumper area. A review of the factory information this morning shows Toyota displays it the same way.
