My boxster's shifter is spring loaded pushing the shifter right over to 5th and reverse while at rest.I was told the shift lever should be centered when at rest and is sping loaded 1st and 2nd and again spring loaded 5th and reverse.Is there a brocken spring in the trans or shift linkage? Too bad the Bently Boxster manual I have is totally useless and doesen't cover any of this.
