Nothing is wrong with the Sled, but I can't pass a state inspection because they say the OBD isn't accumulating any data. I had the security system replaced which reset all the ECM data 700 miles ago. Anyone got a clue what to do except start replacing ECMs at $600 a pop?

assuming that this is a 1996 or later, you haven't completed an OBD2 "trip" that will set the monitors. just putting miles on the car will not do it. there may be info in the library on this

Duh ... now it all comes back to me. At the time I picked the car up from the shop for the security system repair, they provided me some "do the hokey pokey at 2200 rpm" instructions similar to those in the URL you posted. A guy sweeping in the shop said ignore that stuff; all I had to do is drive it a couple of hundred miles.
Perhaps I'm too stupid to own a Carrera. Where can I buy a preowned Cordova? Thanks much for your time.
Slvr Blt in Texas out for now.

the trip can be a real PIA to set sometimes. when OBD2 first came out it drove us nuts!
