I just bought this car. The car was been sitting for several months. The tank has been flushed and a new fuel filter installed. The car will start and then seems to starve and quit. I can then wait a couple of minutes and then it will start and then stall. I disconnected the fuel lines to injector and fuel comes out and I hear the pump. This car has two pumps, one in the tank and one external. I don't have a way to measure the fuel pressure at this time. Is there a way to verify if the pump is bad? Could it be the accumalator? What approach would you suggest? Is there alternative to Bosch fuel pump$?
