I have to replace my rotors and calipers on the rear. Does anyone have a good source for purchasing these? I wouldn't mind some cross drilled rotors.. but I'd settle for OEM parts..

What are your recommendations for sources online for parts in general?

I've had very good luck with All Eurasian for VW parts.

I've ordered a number of things for my '95 Passat and they have not screwed up a single order. Shipping is fast and prices seem reasonable.

I even bought some rear shocks for my '65 VW bus from them too. I highly recommend them.

I'm not contradicting our illustrious editor and long-time VW fan, but I am hooked on http://www.europarts-sd.com. Steve Schock is the owner and he usually answers the phone. I am continually amazed at the low prices and in-stock status of many VW items. You have to call in the order, but I am told that they will soon have web ordering capability on their web site. With that said, I'll have to check out Stan's suggestion. I'm always on the lookout for good sources of VW parts.
