Audi TT Coolant Fan not working

The Radiator Fans both of them not running. engines overheats. Can't seems to find a fuse like the old Audi s.
Any ideas is appreciated.

Ok. The Fans do come on when the AC is turned on. WHen the AC is turned off the Fans do not come on no matter how hot it gets. The engine overheats even with the AC is running the Fans.

Thermostat or temp sensor in the radiator are the two most obvious choices.

This turned out to be a water pump that had its fan blades broken... an inferior part
