Have jumped out pins 30 and 87 on K5. Restores power to window/sun roof circuits. Have tested relays with 12 volt power source. Relays energize and contacts make. Have not tried jumping K7 yet.
Starter was replaced before I received car as an attempt to solve this problem. Starter works fine. Wires appear to be tight, clean and correct. At least I am told that the stud size will not let them be switched.
I see reference to: "sounds like you have the small wires crossed" in another post on the same issue. Is that the small wires on the starter (30H and 50)? If so, will the starter work if they are reversed.
I have studied the diagrams and do not find where C204 and C302 go. Might help to have a diagram that covers the circuits from the ignition switch / starter / load reduction relays. Where do terminals 85 and 86 go on the load reduction relays?
