Soggy Carpets after heavy rain

I have been noticing soggy, wet carpets after heavy rains. The areas affected are the driver and passenger floor mats and the rear cargo area around the anchors for the rear facing seats. I removed the footwells and the drains were not clogged. Can someone post a picture of where the drains are coming from the sun roof as I am sure that is where the water is starting. Is there a way to stop the leaking?
Thanks.

The issue is with a '99 MV if that makes a difference.
Thanks.

Bentley shows one drain in each corner of the frame but experience has yet to show any EV that has those drains. That leaves the seal under the glass.

Had this problem with my Jetta and I finally figured out where the water is coming from, and it's not from the sunroof. The water is getting in from underneath the drivers side rear door. The water pools under the door and thats where it gets in. This car will totally fill up with water when raining. So far laying a piece of plastic on each side directs the water away from the interior. This is with a Jetta and may be different with the Eurovan
