Anyone have any firsthand info/thoughts/impressions on this
scan tool/device, aside from the website info, before I
order one?

Seems to be an interesting tool.
My question would be: what happens with the warranty, support and updates, should they go "belly up" in this
depressed economy.

I would also check ebay and google the name, before I spend any $.

Thanks for your thoughts... the belly-up scenario never
occurred to me and should be something to keep in mind.

If it does do/cover the vehicles that are listed, it beats
the snap-on crap I bought a few years ago.

I don't work on enough BMWs to get tonnes of use out of it, but
it would be handy to have something in the tool box that
actually works when one does come in.

Here is another issue I would have (sorry):

"If the tool has been used to clear codes, we will charge a 30% restocking fee. (We are not in the tool-lending business!)"

How would you test the tool, and not reset any DTCs?
