Q7 trailer lights

Vehicle came with trailer towing package but no juice to trailer light plug. Does something need to be done to get the trailer light plug working? The dealer was no help.

As far as we can tell from our own experience - juice is standard with fitment. There is nothing to turn on. Maybe you have a fuse/connection problem?
