Hi. I bought a new concert radio for my '98 A6Q 2.4L. The old radio had the volume control problem and was soft coded to '00205'. The new radio was soft coded to '00201'. Using VAG-COM, I am able to recode the new radio to 00205, but still the new radio does not recognise that the CD changer is present. I put the old radio back in just to make sure the CD changer was still OK and it recognises and plays CD without a problem (except for the volume!). Does anyone have any idea why the new radio will not see the cd changer, even though it successfully recodes to 00205? Cheers.
