1983 Audi Won't start

I have a 1983 Audi Turbo, I live in IA where we where just hit with a blizard and know it will not start. I've tried everything I could think of. If anybody has a clue what to do know let me know please and thanks.

does the engine turn over when you hit the ignition? if so, check to see if there is a spark and make sure that the engine is getting fuel.
