Hi Everyone,

I was trying to get my lil bros 88 190E 2.3 up and running by Christmas and I didnt pay the best attention to the vacuum lines. When i was taking the engine out and tracing the lines, some of them came out before i could see where they went. I am trying to find out where all of them go now and I cant find diagrams anywhere. I bought the Haynes manual and have looked forever online. Does anyone know where the two go that connect to the thermo sensor on the block? And all the other ones. I had a bentley manual for my 84 325e and it was great ! I never had to ask questions when i had that book.

I have an urgent need for the vacuum line diagram for a 1988 190E 2.3.

I know I have not connected them properly after a head gasket repair.

Can someone help me please?

I have a 86 190E, operate with only a Haynes Manual since I have few problems.... no Vac diagram in it.

I am forced to get the odd part directly from my mercedes dealer that is not available aftermarket....but my mercedes parts guy has sent me "part schematics" from his system by e mail as a favour since I deal with him now and then. It is not a big deal for them to forward you a diagram of the vacuum system......

HI, I am searching diagrams for my vacuum hoses on .pdf format since I live in Colombia South America . My Benz is a 1988 190E model with Stromberg Carburator. VIN WDB2010231F507425.
Most of my vacuum are misplaced thanks to a horrible mechanic!!!!

Hi!
These are only the files i can find, matching close to your car...
One is in german & closest to Vacuum Diagram for you car with stromberg carburator. It gives you idea how Vacuums are connected. Hope this helps a bit...

Please note:
Your car has 102.924 (2.3 Liter) Engine.
Diagrams for 102.922 (2.0 Liter) Engine are suitable (same) for your car.
